Missenden Abbey

The day was glorious with sunshine for the wedding of Tammy & Craig at the stunning Missenden Abbey, set in the beautiful village of Great Missenden in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside.

As Tammy and Craig made preparations for the day ahead, professional photographer Richard Puncheon, made sure he was there to capture all those special moments for the happy couple.

Bridal Preparations

While Craig was getting ready at home, Tammy was getting ready at Missenden Abbey bridal suite, sipping on prosecco and having fun.

I met craig at the Black Horse pub on the outskirts of Great Missenden, arriving in style in an Audi R8 with his best man. After a few drinks it was on to the venue, to greet the guests arriving for the ceremony.

Tammy looked amazing, and we captured the moment beautifully with some portraits using window light.

Ceremony

As Tammy walked down the Isle, Craig struggled to keep it together, struck by the sheer beauty that he was about to marry, a short while later, with cheers of joy, the couple were announced husband and wife.

Over the next hour or so, this gave me the opportunity to get those candid moments, formal shots and the dinning room details before the wedding breakfast takes place.

With the speeches done, we walked the stunning grounds of the abbey, creating great couples portraits using off camera flash and having a laugh trying different locations around the venue. This has to be one of my favourite parts of the day!

Tammy and Craig pulled out all the stops with the first dance, with the band in full swing and some great memories captured, I left them to party long into the night.
